Büyülübağ winery is a multi-level 'gravity flow' facility sloping towards the sea. We use Bordeaux style winemaking techniques under the supervision of French oenologist François Xavier Gaboriaud since the first day of production. Annual production capacity is 200.000 bottles.

Owing to the two hand sorting tables and the gravity flow method, Büyülübağ ensures that unripe berries and thus young, harsh tannins are set aside, wine movement is slower, gentler and more controllable. The resulting wine is better because it has been moved in a more delicate manner that preserves its inherent qualities.

Wines are aged in Bordeaux style 225 lt. French oak barrels in the underground cellar.
